Verizon Up is the company's wireless rewards program. The program is new. The benefits that you get are likely to be quite memorable, and there are many different rewards available.

You get credits by paying your monthly cell phone bill. You spend these credits on the rewards. A credit is earned after you make 300 dollars in monthly payments to Verizon. However, taxes and additional fees don't count towards credits.
You're eligible for a reward after earning your first credit! You can choose the reward that you prefer. Depending on your monthly Verizon bill, it's possible to save up credits rather than getting your reward immediately.

It's important to act fast to get them since they're given out on a first come, first serve basis. There also are Dream Tickets available. While they're only available to a few customers, these tickets offer a truly once in a lifetime experience.
The navigation icon to find the Verizon Up program is located in the upper left corner of your device's screen after opening the app. While it's easy for most customers to find Verizon Up in the My Verizon app, some people need to download an upgrade of the app. You'll know right away if you need to do this because Verizon Up won't appear in the app if you need an upgrade.

Anyone with access to an account can claim an unexpected reward. However, super tickets and earned rewards can only be claimed by owners and managers of accounts.
If you aren't the account manager or account owner, you will still be able to see super tickets and earned rewards. However, a lock will appear next to them to indicate that you can't claim or use them.
It's not possible to transfer rewards between accounts or lines.
Rewards from the previous month are never available the next month. This is because the quantities of rewards are limited.
You don't have to tell Verizon anything about your preferences. Verizon determines them during the time that you have a Verizon account. As a result, the rewards are likely to become more tailored to your interests as time goes on. In addition, your rewards can be different from the ones offered to your friends and family.

Device dollars are accumulated over time. The rewards are used when you upgrade your device, and they provide a discount. A device dollar is good for 24 months after you select the reward. However, you only have 30 days to purchase the upgrade with the discount after you tap the device dollar reward in the use section.
Device dollars are stackable. Therefore, it's best to save up as many of them as possible for the biggest discount.
While they appear in the same section of the Verizon Up menu as other rewards, you'll have to copy and paste a bar code to the shopping page where you're purchasing the product. The bar code is visible when you tap on the reward in the use section. If you're purchasing the product in person, you'll need to show the bar code to the cashier at the Verizon store. A single bar code will be used for the combined amount of all your device dollars rewards.
In addition, you can redeem device dollars as credit on your account. You'll have to go to one of the Verizon stores that are able to do this. The credit in your account will be usable in 1-2 billing cycles.
