Twigby has just revealed that it has added a new MVNO partner to its roster. Previously, the MVNO only offered plans under Sprint’s network. But due to customers’ requests, Twigby has added a secondary network partner.
While MVNOs are usually prohibited from revealing the names of the networks they work with, it really comes as no surprise that they chose to partner with Verizon. Even though they did not mention the name of the carrier outright, this is pretty evident in the red coverage map they used in the announcement. Not to mention, they also described this new network as the “nation’s largest and most reliable,” which is what Verizon’s tagline is.
According to the announcement, they will continue to offer Sprint’s network to their existing customers until the end of the year. New customers, on the other hand, will automatically be activated under Verizon’s network. Twigby has also given existing customers who wish to switch to Verizon’s network an option to do this as well.
