As reported by PhoneArena, some customers using the Pixel 9 Pro Fold on AT&T’s network are having problems connecting the device to its 5G network. One of the customers affected by this shared that the network only gives “just LTE” connection. After the post went viral on Reddit, other users chimed in and shared that they were in the same predicament. There isn’t a pretty large number of people complaining about this, but it’s something important to users who need a device that could connect to the 5G network, especially if it was promised from the start.
Hopefully, both AT&T and Google will be able to fix this issue as soon as possible. If you are an AT&T user considering getting this device, you might want to hold off until this issue has been fixed, especially if you are paying for service on a high-tiered plan that promises 5G speed.
