The customer will be eligible for the discount in 12 months with a $60 service plan earning 1.5 points each month.
The fastest way to earn a phone discount is a $70 plan which allows a customer to be eligible for a discount in six months by earning three points with each ReUp.
The amount of the discount is also dependent on the service plan. It is possible to switch between plans, so the discount is based on the plan ReUpped the most. The $50 and $60 upgrade service plans give a $300 upgrade discount. The $70 upgrade service plan gives a $200 upgrade discount.
If a customer decides to use the auto ReUp feature of SIMPLE Mobile, the service plan is automatically renewed on the Service End Date.
The Auto ReUp feature can be canceled at any time. There are no fees or penalties when the feature is canceled. The Auto ReUp feature will also send out an alert before the payment is processed and after the payment is processed.
If the customer changes his or her service plan or adds or removes a line, the Auto ReUp feature will automatically change to the new information.

With the ILD card, a customer gets a $10 credit for international calls, and it can be added to any SIMPLE Mobile service plan. A customer can add as many $10 cards as they need or want.
The unused balance will accumulate each time a new card is added. This accrued balance will also carry over to the new service cycle. All international destinations are included with the $10 ILD card, but different destinations cost different amounts per minute.
When a customer wants to make an international call using a $10 ILD card, an access number must be dialed before the international number being called. It is important to remember the accumulated balance will expire after 180 days for the last use or thirty days if the service is inactive.
The unlimited international 30-day calling plan allows the customer to complete international calls to over 1,000 destinations. These plans are included with the $50 and $60 plans and include 30 days of nationwide data, text, talk, and international calling service.
SIMPLE Mobile has a variety of value-added features. These features include call hold, call waiting, calling line identity restriction, 3-way calling, and calling line identity presentation. Other features they also offers are unlimited SMS to national and international areas and voicemail and international long distance.
If the customer has a data plan, SIMPLE Mobile also provides MMS and IM services. The service provided by the company works the same in Mexico as in the United States. A client who frequently travels to Mexico does not need to purchase a separate plan or SIM card.
