When you hear of a device getting updated to the latest Android version, you’d usually think of a flagship model. But thankfully, HMD Global proves that this is not always the case.
The Finnish company already revealed the timeframe for the different Nokia devices that will be receiving the latest Android 12 update. But according to a report, the Nokia 2.4 is surprisingly included on the list.
This comes as a surprise to many since this device is considered as one of the cheapest Nokia devices that is currently available in the market.
HMD Global has not confirmed this report. But several tipsters have already shared that the global version of the device is getting updated to the latest Android OS. Reports have shared that the device has been updated in France and in Pakistan.
If it proves to be an accurate report, you’ll be getting an update with a 1.75GB size. It also includes the April 2022 security patch.
