The follow-up to the all touchscreen BlackBerry Z10 hits Wirefly.com today. The BlackBerry Q10, and its much anticipated physical button QWERTY keyboard, is the latest smartphone to launch for the T-Mobile 4G LTE network.
The Q10 is running the most recent version of the BlackBerry 10 (BB10) operating system that is based on gesture to navigate through the phone. As you can see by the picture attached to this post; the BlackBerry Q10 did not inherit the track pad above the keyboard that many users got used to on the BlackBerry Bold line of phones.
While BlackBerry smartphones have not always been known for their high-end specs, the hardware in the BlackBerry Q10 and Z10 is now comparable to the latest iPhone and Android smartphones on the market. One recent improvement to the BlackBerry ecosystem is the large increase in the amount of apps, games, music, and movies that are now available in the BlackBerry World app store. With good app selection in the BlackBerry World app store, the Q10 is as good for entertainment as it is for email and productivity.
