After months of being pretty quiet, it looks like Coolpad is making a return.
The smartphone manufacturer recently revealed on its Weibo page that it will be revealing a new device on Tuesday, May 25th.
The post reveals a few images of the device, called the Coolpad Cool 20. Since Coolpad doesn’t really use plastic builds, it’s possible that the Cool 20 could be equipped with a more premium and durable glass design.
The photo also reveals that the Cool 20 will have two rear-facing cameras with a 48-megapixel main sensor. It also sports an AI-powered image processing tech by ArcSoft, which can be evidenced by the permanent label on the rear.
There is another photo that teases the front of the device, which comes with a teardrop notch for its selfie camera. Lastly, a third photo reveals that there will be three color options for the Cool 20.
Right now, there’s no word on when this device will be available. We’ll have to wait for more updates from Coolpad to get the final specs of the Cool 20.
