It looks like Boost Mobile is making some changes to its dealer channel. As confirmed by BestMVNO, the brand is now giving customers a chance to mix and match plans via dealers and get a discount.
As the report shares, customers are entitled to a $20 discount for every additional line they add to the account when they sign up for Boost’s $50 and $60 store plans. The discount applies on lines two through five. The good news about this is that users can mix and match these plans. Before today’s announcement, customers could only combine same-priced plans.
Another announcement that Boost Mobile made was that customers now had a chance to downgrade or sidegrade anytime. In the past, customers had to wait until their next monthly bill to change plans. Of course, it’s important to note that only one downgrade and one sidegrade is allowed every six months.
